In fact, there is another to lose weight which needs persistance and time but healthier to our body. Let me show my experience about how to lose weight healthfully.
First you need to seperate farina food such as rice and meat to prevent fat from forming too easily and quickly.Then eat less per meal and prevent taking in too much calories, eating seventh-stuffed only. Except to take attention on food, exercise is also important. You should exercise at least three times a week which can hasten to lose weight and also makes us much stronger and energetic, besides, we need to find the best time to exercise, exercise during morning and evening hastens body working function quickly and both summer and fall are the best season which makes people feel comfortable because of its proper weather. As for me, I like to exercise in the early morning because of fresh air and I like to exercise in the fall because of cool weather. What's more, you need to get some nutrition during weight-losing period since you may be lack of many good substance in your body if you do not have enough and food contained vitamined. Such fruits and vegetables contains rich vitamins, also, fruits can make skin smoother, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. The most important is that you have to eat rice which is the main source to give you energy. Finally, to take away bad substance you need to have water to maintain metabolism function, at least 2000ml / day.
Right weight-losing not only loses your weight, but makes you healthier and more beautiful. But there is one thing that you should know that is not giving up easily when you feel pain from the diet, you must persist at least five to six months or you would regain to the original weight easily.
